Upon Check-Out make sure the Free Local Delivery button is checked - see Zip Code List for Delivery Zone - the delivery address needs to be within 10 miles of our shop.
All Orders by Noon will be delivered on the next delivery day for that area (Monday - SFriday St Louis or Monday/Wednesday/Friday Edwardsville area)

Free St Louis Metro East Delivery: * Both our Lafayette Square-St Louis and Edwardsville stores deliver! * Minimum order of $25. * Delivery is FREE within 10 miles of either Four Muddy Paws location. * Orders beyond 10 miles are not eligible for delivery. * Orders are placed before 12 pm will be delivered same-day / after 12 pm will be delivered next day, assuming products are in stock and available. We deliver in St Louis Monday - Friday and Edwardsville area on Thursday (as of 11.8.2023). * Someone must be home to accept raw food deliveries or have available a suitable frozen food container upon delivery. * In case of inclement weather, the customer must provide a waterproof container.
We pack up your order after Noon and we're out making our delivery routes in the afternoon. Most deliveries are completed between 12:30 pm and 4 pm but depending on the number of deliveries that day your order may arrive later in the day. Please leave any specific delivery information for us (e.g. front door, back door, gate, side door, etc). If you're in an apartment please make sure we know the unit number and which entrance we should go to for the delivery and/or if there's a building manager we should leave the order with if you're not at home.
We strive for contactless delivery. When we arrive we'll send you a text message letting you know your delivery has arrived. We will call your land line if a text message is not available.
Yes! However, if ordering frozen items, we highly recommend to plan for someone to be home to accept the delivery in person. Four Muddy Paws does not assume responsibility for any items that may spoil due to being left unrefrigerated following delivery. If you cannot be at home for the delivery, please leave a suitable container for us to put your frozen food in.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. For your protection, we will ask you for the 3-digit CVC/CVV code from the back of your credit card.
Please be sure that your billing address is the same as the address that your credit card company has on file. Non-matching addresses may cause your transaction to be declined by our bank.
Shipping:
We hope you love your order but we happily accept returns of unused items. We only ship brand new products to our customers, and we expect that any returned items look and smell the same. All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt. Prior to returning an item, please contact us with the reason for the return, so that we can issue you a credit (less shipping & handling) upon receipt. Please note that Free Shipping will not apply to exchanged items.
Please send items back in their original packaging and in their original condition.
All sales on sale items, personalized items, and perishables are final. Shipping and handling are not refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase included with your return.
Oops! Accidents do happen. If you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the package at shop@fourmuddypaws.com
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You are responsible for shipping costs unless we shipped an incorrect, damaged or defective product. You will receive an email confirmation when your item is refunded.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
