Shipping and Delivery Policies

Ordering:
Orders are subject to acceptance. Four Muddy Paws reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you. Four Muddy Paws is not responsible for incorrect addresses or typographical errors in your order, please double-check your information.

Changes to your order or cancellations are not always possible, but email us at shop@fourmuddypaws.com and we will make every attempt to fulfill your request.

Payments:
Four Muddy Paws accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Shopify payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. For your protection, we will ask you for the 3-digit CVC/CVV code from the back of your credit card.

Please be sure that your billing address is the same as the address that your credit card company has on file. Non-matching addresses may cause your transaction to be declined by our bank.
Shipping:
Four Muddy Paws ships only to the USA.* We are proud to offer free shipping for orders of $49 or more for many of our products.** For those orders less than $49, we charge a calculated shipping rate. Orders using this shipping method will be shipped UPS or USPS ground at our discretion.

*ALASKA & HAWAII
Extra shipping charges may apply for Alaska and Hawaii. Four Muddy Paws will contact you after your order to advise of extra charges and collect accordingly. The customer has the option to cancel an order for a full refund. At this time, orders being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will not qualify for free shipping if the cart totals $49 or more.

**We offer Everyday Low Shipping on our Dry Dog Food, Dry Cat Food, canned dog food, canned cat Food, Cat Litter, and other heavier items. When an item is Eligible for Everyday Low Shipping, it will be shipped using UPS real-time rates to give you the best deal possible - if you mix/match Everyday Low Shipping items with Free Shipping items, please note that you will only be allowed to select UPS Shipping (or pickup) in the cart - UPS Shipping rates only apply to Everyday Low Shipping Items - you will not pay more for adding Free Shipping items to your cart. You will also have the option to select other UPS methods if you need expedited shipping. Please note that orders will still need to be packed prior to shipping out - if receipt of an order by a specific date is needed, please note it in the comments during In-Store Pickup

In addition to the two shipping options listed above, we also allow purchases to be made online with subsequent pickup at either of our locations as well as FREE Delivery from our stores within a 10-mile radius with a $25 minimum purchase. Please allow time for the order to be pulled and readied for pickup as sometimes items must be transferred to complete an order.

Free In-Store Pick Up

* All orders are prepared within 1-2 business days, Monday-Friday.
* Select your preferred Four Muddy Paws location at checkout, and we’ll notify you once it’s ready!
* Curbside service is available for in-store pick-up orders.

Free St Louis Metro Delivery:
* Both our Lafayette Square-St Louis and Edwardsville stores deliver!
* We deliver Monday - Friday at our Lafayette Square-St Louis location and Friday's at our Edwardsville location.
* Minimum order of $25
* Delivery is FREE within 10 miles of either Four Muddy Paws location.
* Orders beyond 10 miles are eligible for an additional cost.
* Orders are placed before 12 pm will be delivered same-day / after 12 pm will be delivered next scheduled delivery day, assuming products are in stock and available.
* Someone must be home to accept raw food deliveries or have available a suitable frozen food container upon delivery.
* In case of inclement weather, the customer must provide a waterproof container.

Please note that we make our best effort to maintain sufficient inventory of all of the products listed online and inventory is updated daily, although based on sales in-store this may impact online stock levels. This may impact orders that are designated for the in-store pickup method of shipping. Please allow 24 hours to ensure your order is ready before attempting a pickup. We'll notify you when your order is ready to be picked up. All orders are prepared Monday - Friday.
